With over 7 years of experience in medical management, Arezou is the face that welcomes you at ESOMS. She manages the business administration in a busy reception environment. As a multi-tasker, she effectively coordinates appointments, referrals and all aspects of patient care. This includes working with a smile with many phones ringing and enthusiastic support of the clinical staff.
Arezou is studying for a bachelor’s degree in oral health care. She enjoys learning about innovative therapeutic ways in dental care.
Fleur joined the ESOMS team at the beginning of 2016, with a background in general medical and surgical nursing. She has always had a keen interest in theatre nursing, so particularly enjoys assisting with surgical procedures. Fleur prides herself on being organised and having a genuine, caring nature. She thoroughly enjoys speaking with patients and helping to make their experience at ESOMS a positive one.
