This exciting course, titled \u201cA Multidisciplinary Approach in the Diagnosis and Management of Oral Cavity Cancers\u201d, brings together head and neck specialists to discuss the latest developments in Head and Neck Cancer diagnosis, treatment and research with a particular emphasis on malignant lesions of the oral cavity.<\/p>\n<article id=\"post-2215\" class=\"post-2215 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail hentry category-uncategorized ast-article-single\">\n<div class=\"ast-post-format- single-layout-1 ast-no-date-box\">\n<div class=\"entry-content clear\">\n<p>This course aims to assist general dental practitioners obtain practical information relating to the identification, investigation and initial management of cancers of the oral cavity. Dr Leinkram, together with Professor Clark and Associate Professor Howes, was invited to present the second part of the course. They discussed reconstructive techniques including the latest developments in 3D technology as well as post-operative care and management of patients with oral cancer.
