Practice Manager

Tarni joined the ESOMS team in 2018 and brings over a decade of experience in medical and dental administration, including several years in practice management. As Practice Manager, Tarni oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the practice. With her warm and welcoming approach, she is well-prepared to address any concerns, providing patients with the highest level of care and reassurance.

Practice Nurse

Fleur joined the ESOMS team at the beginning of 2016, with a background in general medical and surgical nursing. She has always had a keen interest in theatre nursing, so particularly enjoys assisting with surgical procedures. Fleur has worked alongside Dr David Leinkram for over eight years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to address any pre and post operative concerns. Fleur prides herself on being organised and having a genuine, caring nature. She thoroughly enjoys speaking with patients and helping to make their experience at ESOMS a positive one.

Clinical Nurse

Lisa joined the ESOMS team in 2023 as a dental nurse, holding both a Certificate III in Dental Assisting and a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Radiography). With her knowledge and compassionate approach, Lisa provides essential support to our surgeons and ensures each patient feels comfortable and well-cared for throughout their surgical experience. Whether assisting in consultations, and procedures, Lisa is dedicated to making every patient’s visit smooth and reassuring.

Front Office Coordinator

Cecilia is one of the warm and friendly face that welcomes you to our practice. With over ten years of experience in administration, she excels at making patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. Cecilia’s genuine love for connecting with people and her cheerful demeanour create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Whether you have questions about your appointment, need assistance with paperwork, or simply want to chat, Cecilia is here to help with a smile. She takes pride in ensuring that every patient’s experience is smooth, positive, and personalised.

Oral Health Therapist

Yasmin joined the team at ESOMS in 2023. She earned her qualifications as a Dental Hygienist and Oral Health Therapist in New Zealand in 2021. She has a keen interest in dental implant treatment planning and is passionate about providing the highest level of patient care. Yasmin is responsible for administering local anaesthetic and collecting clinical data which involves intra oral and CBCT scanning. Yasmin is well placed to address any pre and post operative concerns. Her goal is to make visits to ESOMS enjoyable. Outside of work, Yasmin loves to unwind by visiting local beaches, exploring scenic coastal trails and baking her colleagues the best chocolate brownies.
